Terms of Service (Public Offer)for the SaaS product
CONSOLE CXThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
CONSOLE CX product (the "Service") provided by
General Secret OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registration number 17112803), located at Vesivärava tn 50-201, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10152, Estonia (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Updates: Users receive new features, improvements, and updates according to the project roadmap.
Custom Development: There is an option for custom development and installation of additional features at a rate of
50 EUR per hour.
1. Subject of the Agreement1.1. We provide you access to the cloud-based SaaS service
CONSOLE CX for creating, managing, and analyzing AI assistants.
1.2. You agree to pay for access according to the selected plan and to use the Service in compliance with applicable law.

2.1. Payment is made in advance for the billing period.
2.2. Discounts for multi-month subscriptions:
- 3 months — 5%
- 6 months — 10%
- 12 months — 15%
2.3. Payments are non-refundable except as required by Estonian law.
3. Account Registration and Management3.1. Users must register with accurate information.
3.2. Access is via login and password, which must be kept secure.
3.3. We may suspend or restrict access in case of violation of these Terms.
4. Liability4.1. We provide the Service except for:
- scheduled maintenance;
- failures caused by the user;
- force majeure events.
4.2. We are not liable for:
- losses caused by improper use of the Service;
- operation of third-party services and communication channels.
4.3. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the last billing period.
5. Service Level (SLA)5.1. Availability is guaranteed at
99% per month.
5.2. Support response times:
- Critical incident — up to 24 hours
- Medium priority — up to 48 hours
- Low priority — up to 72 hours
5.3. If availability drops below 99% for a month, users are entitled to a proportional discount for the next billing period.
5.4. Users are informed of planned maintenance and incidents via email or Service dashboard.
6. User - ResponsibilitiesUse the Service only for lawful purposes
- Do not interfere with the Service or infringe third-party rights
- Pay subscription fees on time
7. Personal Data and Confidentiality7.1. Users retain all rights to content uploaded to the Service.
7.2. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
7.3. We do not disclose data to third parties without user consent except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure8.1. Parties are not liable for partial or complete non-performance due to force majeure events: natural disasters, war, strikes, internet failures, governmental actions, etc.
8.2. Obligations are extended for the duration of the force majeure.
9. Term and Termination9.1. The Agreement is effective upon acceptance by the User and lasts until the end of the paid period.
9.2. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
9.3. We may terminate access in case of Terms violations.
10. Changes to Terms10.1. We may update the Terms by publishing a new version on the website.
10.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution11.1. The Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.
11.2. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
